Cold and rainy here in northern Michigan! What a difference from the very warm summer...only in the 30's this morning with a chance of rain mixed with snow. It's already been raining during the night. But...all comes from Hashem and all is for the very best. I'm so thankful that I discovered the truth of Torah and increasing my own emuna.  No matter what happens throughout the day... I don't have control... Hashem (God) does. He alone knows what will happen during the day and it's my job to seek Him and to pray to Him alone. It's amazing to just trust in Hashem. 
I had the privilege of seeing a cousin of mine couple of days ago. I have not seen him since 1965 when he left to join the Navy.  He's been through his own bought of wrong decisions and managed to redirect his life back into God's hands. I hope to maintain our re-connection. We all have a responsibility to take care of our souls. When we live our lives without consulting Hashem, we fall prey to our own evil inclination. My goal is to spend at least one hour a day talking to Hashem.
