So, this morning I was reading about the disillusionment of religion. I think religion leads us away from Our Creator. These are just my own thoughts, and maybe the thoughts of a few others.  We want to teach values to our children, and values are very important. But to teach a child that the only way to God is through someone/something else is false teaching. Religion means following the teachings of a man on how to live life according to their standards. These life instructions include how to talk with God. Job managed to find God without the religion of man. Job honored God and through testing Job was rewarded. He had to go through life changing experiences of loosing children and livestock. Horrible things happened to him but he did not lose sight of the fact that God is God. Job was a gentile. He didn't need some man telling him he had to pray through another individual to talk to God. Give it a try sometime. Just talk to God like you would to your parents. Tell Him about your life, the blessings you've had and the things that really matter to you.
