Adjusting to our changing times

The word 'unprecedented' seems to be the word of the year. Whenever we've listened to the news the word 'unprecedented' pops up. I've dubbed it the 'word of the year'. Since our economy isn't a sure thing it's wise to prepare for the worst.
Whenever there are canned food sales taking place, we buy in bulk and store the canned goods in our basement. Our cellar is full of our own canned produce and our freezer is filled with our own meat chickens. We are searching for a hand pump, we have oil lamps and plenty of wood for our wood stove. We don't know what the future holds.
For those out there that consider themselves religious, it's time to connect with God. My husband and I are Noahides. A Noahide is someone that supports Judaism and follows the 7 Noahide laws given to Noah after the flood. We believe in one God, not a trinity. It's time to repent, follow God in all you ways. He's always promised to meet our needs, not our greeds.
